Skills/Qualifications:
- Have 1+ years of Uniformed Security experience in a retail, hospital, College, hospitality or public building setting
- Be able and willing to work at different stores in Downtown Core
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Valid Security Guard License
- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional security reports with meticulous detail and grammar
- Willingness to complete all required training modules that include Lawful Subject Restraint, Crisis Management - both of which require annual recertification
- Knowledge of Canada Criminal Code and 494(c)
- Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation skills
- Ability/willingness to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations
