Securiguard is currently hiring for Full Time and Part Time Mobile Patrol Supervisor - Toronto Region

Main Responsibilities

· Field Supervision

· Performance Management and Quality Assurance Checks

· Knowledge of Client Site Operations and Basic Instructions

· Driving for extended periods

· Site Training

· Human Resources and Performance Management Support

· Scheduling and Logistics Support

· Delivery of Uniforms and Supplies

· Operational and Service Delivery Support

· Detailed, Informative and Well Structured Reports for RSSI and the Customer

· Standing Down as required

Desired Attributes and Skills

· 1 year Mobile security Experience.

· 2 years driving experience with clean abstract.

· Fair and equitable in dealings with Securiguard staff

· Intrinsically motivated to perform and achieve desired outcomes

· Service oriented culture

· Keenly Aware of deadlines and deliverables

· Act as an Ambassador for Securiguard at all time

· Prompt reply and attention to security personnel

· Answers phones and responds to emails in a timely manner

· Drives safely and responsibly at all times

· Administratively and operationally inclined

· Track Record of working closely with Securiguard management

Training, Experience (training will be provided if candidates do not possess all of the below)

· Has attended or will attend Securiguard Management and Supervisor training

· Prefer three (3) years security industry experience

· H&S Online, AODA, WHMIS, Workplace Harassment, Smoke Free ON

· Diversity and Human Rights training completed

. Has valid full G License

· Use of Force

· Formal Driver Training

· Crisis Intervention

Education

· Minimum Grade 12 or GED

· Some management, supervisory and/or Human Resource training

Knowledge of:

· PSISA and Regulations

· Human Rights and Diversity Legislation

· Occupational Health and Safety, and WSIB protocols

· Road Safety

· Basic Security Principles

· Schedule Management (ex. continental, flexible, standard)

· Employment Standards

· Computer Skills - word, excel and email

· Strong business writing skills
