Securiguard is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our People & Culture Team! We are open to a hybrid or fully remote position.

Working in a collaborative team you will be guiding the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel throughout Vancouver. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role in a dynamic and exciting industry.

Start date: Asap

What would you do:

• Full cycle recruitment including reviewing resumes, pre-screening calls, onsite interviews, and on-boarding
• Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
• Working with Operations Managers during recruitment planning meetings to establish position requirements
• Efficiently and effectively filling open positions
• Managing the recruitment funnel and developing a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Creatively finding new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with colleges/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition
• Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our ISO policy and regulations

What would you bring:

• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HR/Recruiting
• Full-cycle recruitment experience
• Class 5 Driver's License & vehicle would be considered an asset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with ATS software
• Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
• Enjoy working with people
