The Mobile Supervisor is responsible for supervising and overseeing all aspects of the mobile operations during their shift. This position requires a dynamic individual with high energy who can multi task as well as effectively lead and mentor a team. The successful applicant will manage and lead a team of 7+ security professionals while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is excellent experience for someone looking to pursue a career in law enforcement.


You will drive one of our brand-new Hybrid vehicles; receive one-on-one specialized training, extra field support, full uniforms, achievable patrol routes, and flexible schedules!

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Conduct patrols, respond to alarms and tasks as needed
  • Delegate, train and mentor site duties, patrols and responsibilities to mobile drivers
  • Incident Commander during all significant incidents unless relieved of command by higher authority
  • Review reports and post orders with mobile drivers
  • Carry out investigations into incidents
  • Main point of contact for all emergencies
  • Be main reporter to your operations manager, provide insight and suggestions as needed
  • Work with mobile drivers to conduct Health and Safety Audits, Tool Box Talks, and Site Hazard Assessments
  • Review staffing needs and overtime with Operations Manager and Scheduler
  • Support and ensure that training and QAAs for the Mobile Team are kept up to date
  • Conduct site visits at mobile sites to ensure that training and post orders are up to date
  • Site Orientation; may show others how to perform tasks or duties by familiarizing new employees with the work area and processes
  • Communicate effectively with C3, scheduling and operations manager
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Operations Manager

Certification and Qualifications:

  • BC Security License
  • BC Class 5 Driver's License
  • Clean Drivers Abstract and Claims History with no criminal history
  • Prior mobile security experience is considered a strong asset
  • Must have excellent English Language written and oral skills
  • Sitting / Standing for extended periods of time
