At our Vancouver Head Office, we are hiring for a part-time Dispatch/Call Centre Operator. This is a key customer service position in the company, responsible for making internal calls to our employees and ensuring their safety and well being on the field. The Call Centre team is also the first point of contact for all inbound employee calls to the Head Office. You will be ensuring our Security Officers receive quick and efficient support.

Job Duties:

  • Answering inbound phone calls from employees and the general public
  • Ensure employees are checking in every hour or as required
  • Monitoring live remote video verification
  • Scheduling & dispatching employees
  • Generating incident reports and reporting them to the Management Team
  • Monitoring fleet vehicles via GPS tracking
  • Providing customer service to our employees and the general public


  • Must be able to work in a high paced environment
  • Must enjoy working with people
  • Excellent computer skills with at least 50 WPM
  • Must be comfortable using Windows XP or higher
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
